Mission/Vision Statement
The Frontier Food Hub is a market-driven, community-designed food system intervention based in the remote region of Southwest New Mexico.
We envision a vibrant, equitable food system in the remote region of Southwest New Mexico where all people have access to healthy, locally-produced food, and where food producers thrive in a supportive, sustainable environment.
By building deep connections around food, we aspire to co-create a resilient, regenerative community that protects our natural landscapes and secures a just, abundant future for all within our lifetime.

What We Do
Frontier Food Hub is dedicated to transforming the food landscape in Southwest New Mexico by supporting small to midsize farmers, ranchers, and food producers. We connect local producers to markets across New Mexico and beyond, enhancing access to fresh, nutritious food in remote, underserved communities through our innovative distribution networks and mobile farmers’ markets that accept SNAP/EBT.
We also provide comprehensive distribution and backhaul services, ensuring efficient movement of local goods to and from our region. Our work extends to increasing the capacity of remote food pantries by distributing locally-grown and bulk food products, helping them provide more nutritious options to those most in need.
If you are a farmer, rancher, food producer, or food pantry looking to connect the dots and expand your reach, we’re here to help. Get in touch with us to explore how we can work together to build a stronger, more resilient food system.
